GeoFlowAgent ("the Service") is an AI search optimization platform that helps local businesses understand and improve their visibility across AI-powered search and discovery platforms. The Service includes:

• Automated scanning of 8 AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, Mistral, DeepSeek, and Grok) to assess your business representation.
• AI visibility scoring across multiple dimensions including accuracy, sentiment, prominence, and recency.
• SEO and website health analysis using automated crawling technology.
• Industry-specific recommendations for improving AI and search visibility.
• Ongoing monitoring, change tracking, and reporting capabilities.

The Service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from using GeoFlowAgent.

When you create an account with GeoFlowAgent, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Not share your account credentials with third parties or allow others to access the Service through your account, except as permitted by your subscription plan (e.g., team seats on the Agency plan).

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the business entity you represent to these terms.

You agree not to use GeoFlowAgent to:

• Scan or analyze businesses that you do not own or have authorization to manage.
• Attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or interfere with our scoring algorithms or scanning processes.
• Use the Service for competitive intelligence by scanning competitors' businesses without their consent.
• Overload, disrupt, or impair the Service or its underlying infrastructure through excessive automated requests.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service or its outputs without our written permission.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this acceptable use policy.

Plans & Pricing

GeoFlowAgent offers multiple subscription tiers: Starter (free), Pro, and Agency. Current pricing and feature details are available on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

Billing Cycle

Paid subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually, depending on your selection. Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to process the payment again. If payment remains unsuccessful after 7 days, your account may be downgraded to the Starter plan until the issue is resolved.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your access to paid features continues until the end of your current billing period.
• Your account will be automatically downgraded to the Starter plan.
• Historical analysis data will remain accessible on the Starter plan for 90 days, after which it may be archived.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund. After 14 days, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Annual plan refunds after 14 days will be prorated based on months used.

Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, algorithms, scoring methodologies, and documentation, is owned by GeoFlowAgent and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these terms.

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you provide to GeoFlowAgent. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your business data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. Analysis reports and recommendations generated by the Service are licensed to you for your business use.

Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service, we may use this feedback without obligation or compensation to improve our product.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• GeoFlowAgent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of AI platform responses, as these are generated by third-party systems beyond our control.
• We do not guarantee that following our recommendations will result in improved AI visibility or business outcomes.

When processing data on your behalf, GeoFlowAgent acts as a data processor and you act as the data controller. Our data processing practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy. Key commitments include:

• We process your data only as necessary to provide the Service and as instructed by you.
• We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures.
• We notify you promptly of any data breaches that may affect your data.
• We assist you in fulfilling your obligations to respond to data subject requests.
• We delete or return your data upon termination of the Service, in accordance with our retention policy.

If a dispute arises from your use of GeoFlowAgent, we encourage you to first contact us directly to seek a resolution. We commit to making a good-faith effort to resolve any issues informally.

• Informal resolution — contact [email protected] and we will respond within 5 business days.
• Mediation — if we cannot resolve the dispute informally within 30 days, either party may propose mediation through a mutually agreed mediator.
• Arbitration — disputes not resolved through mediation may be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
• Governing law — these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes:

• We will provide at least 30 days' notice for material changes via email and in-app notification.
• The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
• Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
• If you disagree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
