• AI analysis results — visibility scores, rankings, and recommendations generated by querying AI platforms on your behalf.
• Website data — publicly available information from your website collected via our web crawling service (Firecrawl) for SEO and content analysis.
• Usage data — how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, and session duration.

• Account data — retained for as long as your account is active and for 30 days after deletion to allow for account recovery.
• Analysis results — historical scan data and scores are retained for the duration of your subscription to enable trend tracking and change monitoring.
• Payment records — billing records are retained for 7 years in accordance with financial reporting requirements.
• Usage analytics — aggregated, anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely to improve the service.

When you delete your account, we remove all personally identifiable data within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytical purposes.
